Tuesday Fairs / Sunday Fairs / All Fairs

TUESDAYS FAIRS ONLY

The Tuesday Fairs are in the Surrey Hall and have 300 inside stands.

Stallholders ONLY will be allowed in at 10.30am to bring in their boxes and set up but there will be strictly NO selling before 11am.

The car parking areas for stallholders only, are open from 10 a.m. Inside toilets and catering are available from 10am. Selling in the car parking areas is not allowed. It is advisable to arrive half an hour to an hour before the fair opens.

Prices for Tuesdays (to include two passes, one table and one chair) are

£70 for a centre stand &

£77 for a wall stand.

Trade entry with the stallholders at 11 a.m. is £5 per person. General public admission from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. is £3 per person. The fair closes at 4 p.m. and it is a condition of booking that all stands remain set up until 4 p.m.

SUNDAY FAIRS ONLY

The Sunday Fairs are in the Esher Hall and have 150 stands inside, plus outside stands.

The fair opens from 10am to 4pm, admission is £3 per person.

Stallholders ONLY will be allowed in at 9.30 am to bring in their boxes and set up but there will be strictly NO selling before 10 am. Prices for Sundays are

£60 for a centre stand (to include two passes one table and one chair)

£70 for a wall stand (to include two passes one table and one chair)

£45 in advance for an outside pitch (two passes, strictly antiques and collectables only)

£55 on the day for an outside pitch (two passes, strictly antiques and collectables only)

SUNDAY STALLHOLDERS PARKING

To accomodate the outside pitches parking for stallholders will be to the front of the building as it was in the past. Providing they get written permission from us, disabled stallholders with valid blue badges will be able to park close to the loading doors to unload and repark, returning to at the close of the fair to load up.

There will only be one entry time on Sunday, 10am for £3. The fair closes at 4 p.m. and it is a condition of booking that all stands remain set up until 4 p.m.

RELEVANT TO ALL FAIRS

Please attach your exhibitors badge to the front of your right shoulder before you enter the car park. This must be clearly visible and worn all day; if you are not wearing one you will be asked to leave. You are supplied with two passes, one table and one chair per stand.

During the fair we have a vetting committee who check for reproduction and modern goods.

As you know Sandown Park is an incredibly busy venue and we therefore cannot pick and choose our dates. We try our very best not to clash with other established venues but sometimes this is unavoidable. We never clash with the fairs at Kempton Park.
